Todays Training Ride

 36 miles fully laden

This is the route I took this morning:

Feeling great, wasn't a struggle, some good hills feeling good about my JOGLE.

One of the good things about an early ride to work is getting some night riding practice in which should not be underestimated.  Coming of a well lit road and plunging into the darkness of a country lane can be disconcerting, thank heavens for my LED lenser head torch.  The second picture below doesn't do it justice, it really does light up the way and helps avoid any nasty potholes.
It's fun riding in the dark :-)

A little better with some light!

Even with camera flash it's not much better!
Once the sun comes up things look brighter here's a few about halfway:
Sat Nav doing its Job
Neat idea, take a photo of the Sat Nav beforehand helps identify where you took the pic:

Entering Borely Lane

Boreley Lane proper
BEWARE THIS LANE IT GETS TWISTY IS FULL OF SAND AND GRAVEL
GO SLOW ON THE BENDS
